Right Match is an adult matrimonial app, intended solely for users aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, and we take active, ongoing steps to prevent it on our platform.
Age restriction
Right Match is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. Account creation requires a date of birth, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. Any account found to belong to a minor is removed immediately upon discovery.
Human profile review
Every profile submitted to Right Match — including all photos — is reviewed by our internal team before it becomes visible to other members. This human review step is a deliberate safeguard against inappropriate content of any kind, including any content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
Reporting mechanism
In-app reporting. Every Right Match user has direct access to our support team through the in-app Support feature, where any concern — including suspected CSAE — can be reported directly to a human reviewer.
Email reporting. Concerns can also be reported directly to [email protected], which is monitored by our designated child safety point of contact.
Our response to reports
- Every report is reviewed promptly by our team.
- Accounts or content found to violate this policy are removed immediately.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement and applicable regional and national authorities in connection with any confirmed or suspected CSAE, in accordance with applicable law.
- We do not permit any user found to have violated this policy to create a new account on our platform.
