Option 1 — In the app
Open Right Match, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. You'll confirm with your password and a final "type DELETE to confirm" step — this is the fastest way, and takes effect immediately.
Option 2 — Without the app
Email us to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Right Match account, and we'll process it for you.
Email Account Deletion RequestWe verify the request came from your account's own email before actioning it, then confirm by reply once it's done — usually within a few business days.
If you can't access your account's email, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help verify your identity another way.
What gets deleted
| Immediately | Your profile is hidden from other members and you can no longer log in. |

| Removed from | Search & matching, the swipe feed, proposals, and admin listings. |
| Retained briefly | Your account record is kept for a limited period for fraud prevention and dispute resolution, rather than erased instantly. |
| Not affected | Messages you exchanged with other members remain on their side, as is standard for messaging services. |
